Intuition Robotics™ is a VC backed startup developing cognitive AI social agents and products (e.g. ElliQ) that is changing how people and machines/devices interact. Intuition Robotics was founded in 2016 and currently have about 40 employees located mainly in Israel. Some of our key investors include Toyota, Samsung Next, iRobot and more.
We are looking for a motivated Administrative assistant to oversee a variety of administrative projects and office management. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing startup and great team gain valuable experience, you will play an administrative & support role.
Meeting scheduling and coordination
Coordination of business trips, flights and hotels booking
Supporting the CEO and management team in different tasks
General operation support
Handling invoices and payments, dealing with the bookkeeping firm.
Managing the office/food supply orders and taking care of the office maintenance
Experience in an administrative role (from Startup companies)
B.A in Business Management or similar (might be good for students)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners.
Excellent computer skills, and are a self-starter.
An ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment, attention to details and very organized.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Location: Ramat Gan
Part-time position - Flexible hours.
