We’re excited to welcome Richard Feifer, MD, MPH, as Chief Medical Officer of Intuition Robotics, as we continue to expand ElliQ’s role in supporting the health and wellbeing of older adults.

Dr. Feifer brings decades of clinical leadership and deep expertise in value-based care, population health, and caring for older adults with complex needs. His experience will help us build on ElliQ’s unique ability to form meaningful, long-term relationships and translate sustained engagement into measurable healthcare impact.

Bringing deep clinical expertise to ElliQ

Most recently, Dr. Feifer served as Chief Medical Officer at InnovAge, a leading provider of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Genesis HealthCare, where he led the transition to value-based care and helped establish LTC ACO, a national accountable care organization focused on nursing home residents. He also held senior clinical leadership roles at Aetna.

His extensive experience across healthcare delivery, payer organizations, and clinical innovation brings an important perspective as Intuition Robotics deepens its partnerships with health plans and healthcare organizations.

Turning high engagement into meaningful health outcomes

We’ve always believed that technology can make a profound difference in people’s lives when it’s built around meaningful, ongoing relationships.

ElliQ has demonstrated the power of that approach. Older adults don’t simply use ElliQ as a tool. They develop long-term relationships with it, engaging in daily conversations, sharing experiences, and making ElliQ part of their everyday lives.

That sustained engagement creates a unique opportunity in healthcare.

By building on the trust and connection ElliQ has established with older adults, we can support healthier behaviors, help members navigate their health, facilitate assessments, identify emerging needs, and extend the reach of care teams beyond traditional interactions.

This work is already underway. Through partnerships with organizations such as MetroPlusHealth, ElliQ is helping healthcare teams engage members and support their ongoing care. In Washington State, ElliQ is also available to eligible Medicaid recipients through designated long-term services and supports programs, further expanding access to relationship-driven AI.

As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Feifer will help guide ElliQ’s evolving healthcare capabilities, strengthen collaboration with healthcare partners, and support efforts to demonstrate the impact of relationship-driven AI on health outcomes.
